Payment can be made at the time of your trip by check or cash (exact change is helpful).
- Transportation services run Monday-Friday from 8:15 am (first pick up) to 4:45 pm (last drop off). Please keep this in mind when scheduling your appointments.
- At least 24 hours notice for transportation is required, and the more notice you give us the better. You can request transportation by calling 707-786-4141 and leaving a message. Please speak as clearly as possible when leaving your message.
- When you call for transportation we need to know your:
- Name
- Telephone number
- The date and time you need transportation
- Where you are going (it may be more than one location, for example: doctor, then drug store, then grocery shopping)
- How long you anticipate being at each location
- Appointments are on a first come first serve basis and medical appointments receive priority when scheduling.
